Just about all of that crab meat will be used in crabcakes and such....will be cooked again and even if it isn't, it will be either consumed fresh and fast or canned, then pasteurized. I just ordered 10 lbs from them. Great product. Next time you are in a restaurant you better make sure you watch your food being prepared. JM Clayton is as good as it gets.

Thats the boat the super overweight family with about 5 or 6 super ugly fat kids ALWAYS buy to drive around while they eat and get severe sun burns . Throw in an oversized skitube that's way too big to fit in the boat and a big bucket of cajun fried pork rinds for the Mom , they'll break the door down to buy that thing .

I ate at Mrs Kitchens house when I was a kid, I’m now 59 and still remember going into her house and sitting at the table and she fed us one of the best meal I’ve ever had. Back in the early 70 s . I grew up in the summers in Deal Island and still have a house there we use on weekends and holidays. I got to dredge and cull oysters in Honga river and the Tangier Sound on the skipjack Claud W. Sommers and the Helen Virginia. Fished up soft crabs out of floats on the water with lights strung over them very early in the mornings. Packaged them in wax covered boxes to go to the buyer. Pulled pots in the summer on the workboat. It was a much better time then. I miss the older guys that are now gone. They taught me a lot of things about the water, some of which saved my life.
